At Hotel & Residence La Villa, cuisine is an experience that tells the story of the land: every morning a rich breakfast buffet with freshly baked bread, homemade cakes and pastries, South Tyrolean cold cuts and cheese, seasonal fruit, organic yoghurt and homemade jams opens the day with energy and family warmth. In summer, breakfast moves to the outdoor terrace with a direct view of the Dolomites.
In the evenings, the hotel kitchen becomes a journey through Ladin and Alpine culinary tradition: steaming canederli dumplings, butter spätzle, local venison, malga cheese and warm apple strudel alternate with Mediterranean dishes in a menu that changes weekly. Seasonal ingredients, local produce and a genuine passion for good food make every dinner an experience to remember. Special attention is paid to coeliac, vegetarian and vegan guests: our chef prepares personalised dishes on advance request.
