Cancellation Policy

Tourist tax not included: € 3.00 per person per night, from 14 years of age.

Bookings are considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay.
Rooms are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation, the following conditions apply:

— more than 60 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit;
— less than 60 days up to 21 days before arrival: loss of the deposit;
— less than 21 days up to 8 days before arrival: charge of 60% of the total stay;
— less than 8 days before arrival, late arrivals, fewer guests than booked, early departures or no-show: charge of 100% of the total stay.
