May we remind our guests that the rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure.

To confirm your reservation we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price of your stay:

• By bank transfer: (please give the name with which you made your booking and the dates of your stay)

Cancellation policy:

Only cancellations received in writing will be considered valid and we expect the following penalties:

• Up to 30 days before the arrival date the deposit will be refunded 
• From 30 to 12 days before the arrival date 50% of the total amount
• From 11 to 4 days before the arrival date 90% of the total amount
• For cancellations made within 3 days before the arrival date 100% of the total amount
• In case of postponed arrival, anticipated departure or no-show, according to article 1218 of the civil code in Italy, the price of the cancelled nights (max. 3 days) will be deducted. In case of a bed occupation that is minor to the ones booked, the price is not to change. 
• Unfortunately, incidents and accidents can occur even in the process of booking or when being on a vacation, hence we advise you to subscribe to an insurance covering even cancellations, known as “European Insurance”. If you are interested click here
